How to run a proxy

For version 1 of DabbaFlow all the proxies are run by Fetch.ai. In version 2 independent proxies will be able to connect to the smart contract. To run your own proxy you will need to stake FET with the contract, and you will get rewards for completing re-encryption tasks.
